Complaints

We take complaints very seriously at Anglia Wines. Should you wish to make a complaint you are welcome to put them in writing via e-mail to murray@angliawines.co.uk from where you will receive a response of acknowledgement within 24 hours.

Payments

Website orders will request payment up front, at which point goods will be dispatched in the agreed fashion as quickly and efficiently as possible. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due upon receipt of invoice and goods remain the property of Anglia Wines until payment is received in full. Telephone orders will only be processed after payment has been received by bank transfer. Where an invoice has been issued we request that payment is made by bank transfer where possible.

Corked Bottles

Please be aware that unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for corked bottles. If you do receive wine(s) from us that are corked, you are welcome to contact us to inform us and in some rare cases compensation may be issued if considered fair e.g. when vast quantities are damaged, reductive or corked. This will be considered on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

Delivery

Delivery is free for orders of £150.00 or more to a single UK mainland address. Please note that deliveries to Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man, The Isle of Wight, The Scilly Isles and some areas of Scotland may take longer and are subject to a surcharge - the amount will be confirmed at the time of ordering. Orders totalling below £150.00 will be subject to a delivery charge of £10.00 + VAT.

In the cases of delivery to a postcode covered by non-courier delivery, this will be free for orders totalling £75.00 and above, and will be charged at £5.00 + VAT for any orders below this figure.
